Account Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager with digital experience to join our team. The Account Manager position is a fast-paced, dynamic supporting and driving role. Success comes by demonstrating a passion for details, relationships and a knack for making other people's jobs easier.

This role is on one of our most exciting and fast paced clients out of Silicon Valley. You will have the opportunity to be part of the big ideas as well as run your own digital work streams from brief to delivery. In this role, you will:

  • Build working relationships with appropriate client personnel who interface with the agency
  • Learn the client’s business, including company business goals and objectives, products, markets, industry, distribution, etc.
  • Master the art of client communication and know how to keep clients in sync with day-to-day activities so there are no surprises
  • Seamlessly provide the right information to the right people at the right time 
  • Constantly maintain a source of truth: written records of all directions, scope of work documents, recommendations, meetings, client decisions or approvals, etc.
  • Effectively articulate directions from Account Leadership to the rest of the internal teams


  • College graduate
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, communications, or advertising in agency or client organization (agency preferred), or equivalent
  • Organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills are incredibly important
  • Ability to take direction and have the confidence to move things forward
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment with changing needs and requirements
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Must possess highly developed organizational, planning and management skills
  • Ability to create and execute complex processes maximizing efficiencies
  • Ability to think strategically across a product’s entire ecosystem
  • Ability to create insightful competitive reviews, understand qualitative and quantitative research and offer a unique point of view
  • Professional experience with Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite
