Integrated Creative Producer, Experiential

The Integrated Creative Producer, Experiential will address the needs of external and internal clients with ongoing production planning, cost control, communication and execution for both projects and proposals.

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Project and Event Activation

  • Develop production plans for upcoming projects
  • Prepare estimates, production schedules and timelines
  • Manage multiple projects and project elements, including activation, staff management, success and ROI metrics, and post-project recap reports
  • Oversee project coordinators and associate producers as assigned to each project, delegating work as needed
  • Schedule and lead team project meetings
  • Provide production insight in guiding internal teams across Periscope to meet client goals
  • Ability to take on account executive role on projects as needed
  • Enforce internal processes to ensure efficiencies and productivity
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Periscope’s capabilities
  • Provide clear understanding of project billings, revenue and recovery

Purchasing and Sourcing

  • Manage third-party vendors
  • Solicit competitive quotes and select vendors as needed to complete projects
  • Review and approve invoices and reconcile discrepancies between quoted and invoiced amounts

Communication

  • Notify project team of problems affecting quality, delivery or budgets
  • Support team with timely and effective communication
  • Develop rapport with clients, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
  • Bring fresh production ideas to the team and/or project
  • Establish effective relationships across Periscope multidisciplinary teams

Administrative

  • Adhere to Periscope policies and procedures as outlined in the Production Handbook
  • Maintain high level of professionalism in all internal and external communication including e-mail and voice mail correspondence, etc.
  • Record expenses and billable time completely and accurately on a weekly basis

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

  • 3-5 years’ experience in event marketing, advertising or related field
  • B.A. degree or equivalent, and/or work experience, with emphasis in marketing, public relations or business management
