Senior Engagement Strategist

The Senior Engagement Strategist will work with an integrated strategic team to apply media opportunities to omnichannel, creative campaigns. As technology evolves so does the way consumers interact with brands, advertising, channels in the real world, this position must remain on the cutting edge of proven, new and next channels in order to help our clients keep pace.

As a member of the engagement strategy team, the goal is to provide internal partners with insight, inspiration and creativity to build meaningful connections through media and message. 



  • Has 5+ years of omni-channel media strategy experience, with an emphasis in connecting media with creative
  • Inspired by the evolution of technology and its implication for communication, especially as it pertains to marketing
  • An efficient multi-tasker who thrives in a constantly changing environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Persistent communicator who does what it takes to get a project done
  • Client-facing and comfortable leader with presentation, public speaking and mentoring chops
  • A self-starter who knows how to find answers to questions from reputable sources
  • A team player, able to work with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Familiar with a variety of digital and traditional media disciplines and approaches


  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proactive, curious thinker


  • 5+ years of agency experience in media planning/strategy
  • B.A., or equivalent education and/or work experience with an emphasis in advertising/marketing a plus
  • Working knowledge of MRI, Scarborough and/or YouGov
